Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Nurse is responsible for coordinating and arranging all medical services for a Phoenix House program.

Reporting to the Program Director, the Admissions Clinician is responsible for the management of the administrative functions for the Admissions Department and provide support with conducting assessments/intakes.

Reporting to the Director of Training and Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the functions of data collection and analysis, data reporting, quality assurance, and quality improvement. The CC is responsible for assessing client needs, developing, implementing and reviewing service plans, and working with Phoenix House staff and other community resources in meeting/achieving client service needs.
